Advantages of Supreme Miami Colocation
Carrier-Grade Network
1Gbps port on every slot, backed by a multi-homed Tier 1 transit blend. Fast, redundant connectivity to the US, Latin America and beyond. Not the 100Mbps connections many competitors still ship.
Downtown Miami Carrier Hotel
36 NE 2nd Street is one of Miami’s most connected buildings: 100+ on-site carriers and direct fibre paths to every major regional internet exchange. The same building used by some of the world’s largest network operators, available from $99 per month.
Month-to-Month, No Contract
Every plan is month-to-month with no minimum term. Ship your server, we rack it, you are live within 24 hours. Scale up or move on, your choice.
Gateway to Latin America
Miami is the primary interconnection hub between North America, South America and the Caribbean. Hosting here delivers low-latency reach into Brazil, Mexico, Colombia and the wider region. Ideal for SaaS, VoIP, CDN and e-commerce workloads targeting LATAM.
Redundant Power and Cooling
UPS-backed feeds, diesel generator failover and N+1 cooling throughout. Dual power grid feeds and branch breaker monitoring protect against failures at every layer.
24/7 On-Site Remote Hands Available
Trained data centre technicians are on-site around the clock, every day of the year. Whether you need a hard reboot at 3am, a media swap during a maintenance window or a cable trace during an outage, our team can act on your behalf within minutes. No vendor wait, no business-hours-only constraint.
24/7 Supreme Support
Around-the-clock ticket and live chat support. Need a server rebooted, a cable checked or a KVM session, we are there. Remote hands at transparent hourly rates, no retainer required.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get my server to the data centre?
You can ship directly to the facility. Once received, we will rack, cable and power your server within 24 hours and confirm the IP details by ticket. We can also assist with server procurement if you need hardware sourced locally in Miami.
Can I bring my own IP addresses?
Yes. We support BGP sessions and own-IP announcement at no additional charge. Contact us before ordering to confirm your ASN and prefix details.
What happens if I need physical access to my server?
Physical access to the data centre is not included with single-server colocation — this is standard practice across carrier-grade facilities, where security protocols mean access is strictly controlled and logged at all times. If you need anything done onsite, just raise a ticket and our team will arrange it for you. All physical work is carried out by authorised data centre technicians through our remote hands service, charged at $195/hour with a 30-minute minimum. We’ll coordinate everything and keep you updated throughout.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. All plans are month-to-month. You can leave on 30 days notice with no penalty. Annual prepay is available if you prefer to lock in a 15% saving.
What if I outgrow my 1U slot?
Upgrade to a 2U or 4U plan, add a power add-on, or move to a dedicated cabinet — all without physically relocating your server. We manage the transition.
Can I run cPanel/WHM or Plesk on my colocated server?
Yes. Your server, your software. We have no restrictions on operating systems or control panels. Our support team is experienced with cPanel/WHM environments and can assist with setup queries.
Do you support VoIP and SIP workloads?
Yes — and Miami is an excellent location for it. FreeSWITCH, Asterisk and commercial SBC platforms all run well within the 1U power envelope. Ask us about connectivity options for LATAM call routing.
What network speeds are available?
All plans include a 1Gbps port with the included bandwidth allocation. 10Gbps ports are available on request — contact us for pricing.
