How to reboot/restart your VPS

If for any reason you cannot reboot your VPS via SSH (Linux) or Remote Desktop (Windows), there is another way.

Each VPS (virtual machine) includes a powerful VPS Control Panel. You have reboot your VPS at any time at https://my.supremeservers.com:2083. To login, use the details provided in your welcome email.

If you have lost your welcome email, go to the client area and select email. You will then see all the emails we have sent you, which will include your welcome email.

Once logged in, click on your VPS hostname (if you have more than one VPS, you will see all your VPS within the control panel for easy management), then select "Reboot".

Please note the credentials are different to what you use to access your server via SSH (linux) or Remote Desktop (Windows).

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any assistance.
