What to do if blacklisted from VPS Control Panel or Client Area or forgot password

If you have been blacklisted during login, it is because you have failed to login with the correct username and password more than three times. This is our standard Brute Force Protection.

You will need to wait 20 minutes before attempting to login again.

If you have forgotten your login password, please do the following to reset your password:

  1. Go to the login of your VPS Control Panel or Client Area:
  2. VPS Control Panel link: https://my.supremeservers.com:2083
  3. Client Area link: https://www.supremeservers.com/billing/supporttickets.php
  4. Under the Login blank fields, click on the blue link “Forgot Password” or “Request a Password Reset”
  5. For the VPS Control Panel, type in your Username and click on “Request” button and follow the instructions given.
  6. For the Client Area, type in your email address and click on the “Submit” button and follow the instructions given.
