To reset a normal user password on Windows, follow these steps:

1. Login to your server as the Administrator user via Remote Desktop
2. Open start menu and search for "Control Panel"
3. Click "User Accounts"
4. Click "Manage another account"
5. Choose the User Account you want to reset the password for
6. Click "Change the password"
7. Follow the steps to reset the password
8. Click "Change password"

From this point on, the user that you selected in step 5 above will have a new password of your choosing. This password will be used to access the server via Remote Desktop.
