How to access server via Remote Desktop (RDP)

Connecting to Your VPS with the Traditional Windows Client

Now you're all ready to remotely connect to your Windows VPS from your computer. This can be done using the traditional client program (called Remote Desktop Connection) which is installed by default on most Windows versions.

Start>All Programs>Accessories>Remote Desktop Connection

Once the program loads, you can enter the IP to your Windows VPS into the Computer field and hit the Connect button. It's that simple. Your username and password would have been sent in your welcome email.
